Data processing agreement

The German version governs.

Depending on the activity, Agentiq processes personal data as a controller or on behalf of a customer. This page explains contractual documents; it is not itself an executed data processing agreement (DPA).

Documents for your order

Processing on behalf of a customer requires an Article 28 GDPR DPA with appropriate schedules. It identifies subject matter, duration, nature, purpose, data categories, data subjects, instructions, confidentiality, safeguards, subprocessors, assistance, evidence, return and deletion.

The module actually booked defines the scope. A general list of all Agentiq functions expands neither the order nor the data processed. The specific version and schedules are documented with the contract. This website does not replace existing contract files.

Obtain your documents

Contact konten@agentiqai.de for the DPA, service description and schedules corresponding to your offer. State your company and the requested or booked module. The message requests documents; it does not conclude a contract.

Providers and safeguards

The provider overview names the providers in use with purpose, region and transfer basis; it reproduces word for word the app's list that every DPA stores as a snapshot. The version stored when your contract was concluded governs your contract. Listing a provider does not mean the service is active in your tenant.

Technical and organisational measures must reflect actual operation. This page does not promise certification, exclusively EU processing by every provider or a fully accepted security schedule.

Privacy requests

Use info@agentiq-intelligence.com for data subject rights and deletion requests. See the deletion instructions and privacy policy.
