Company and privacy

The legal notice identifies the provider of the website and Agentiq app. The privacy policy distinguishes website visits from customer accounts, Google/Meta connections and AI processing in the application.

Contractual documents

The terms contain general contractual conditions. Scope, prices, terms and incorporated schedules additionally follow the individual offer and confirmed service description. Existing contracts remain governed by the version recorded at conclusion. Publishing a newer website version does not automatically amend them.

The withdrawal notice provides information and a model form where a statutory withdrawal right exists. Data deletion is separate from withdrawal or termination of a contract.

Processing and deletion

The deletion instructions explain access revocation and deletion requests, including for people without an Agentiq account. Data processing explains how to obtain your order’s DPA documents. The provider overview shows which kinds of providers we use, for what and in which region.
